Welcome to PokePowerBoxes. By purchasing a subscription, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Subscription Service

Our subscription boxes are recurring products that automatically renew according to the plan you select unless canceled before your next billing date.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

This does not apply if you purchase a 1-time box, or a limited edition 1-time box or product.

2. Billing & Payments

• Payments are charged automatically based on your selected subscription plan.

• If a payment fails, we may retry the payment or pause your subscription until payment is received.

• Prices may change from time to time. If they do, we will notify active subscribers before the new pricing takes effect.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us before your next billing date.

Canceling prevents future renewals but does not refund charges that have already been processed.

4. Shipping

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales are generally final.

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

6. Product Information

Our boxes may include Pokémon trading cards, accessories, promotional items, and other collectibles.

Individual card values are not guaranteed, and we make no promises regarding the resale value, rarity, grading potential, or future appreciation of any items received.

7. Promotional Items & Bonuses

From time to time we may include bonus items, promotional products, giveaways, or limited-time offers. These promotions may change or end at any time without notice unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokePowerBoxes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
