Shipping:

Q: When Will my box be shipped? 

 A: Being a monthly subscription service, we ship all boxes within 30-days of the purchase date and will start shipping out on the first of every month and continue through out the month! If delays occur, boxes may not be shipped within the 30-days and you will receive an update about the shipping delay.

If you subscribe to the monthly box it will not only be cheaper, but you will get a box loaded with packs and more every single month, guaranteed! Even if we sell out! Tracking will be sent to you via email the moment it ships!

Boxes will ship via USPS First Class, and USPS First Class International. (4-7 Business Days Transit Time in the US. 12-20 Days Transit Time Internationally)

Q: How many packs are in each box?

A: 7-9 Modern Booster Packs plus much more!

  

Q: Are returns/refunds accepted?

A: Refunds are only available if your order has not shipped yet and is not already qued for shipment. Once your order has been qued for shipment, shipped, or delivered, we will no longer accept a return. This is our new policy. We were forced to make this policy change after some customers attempted to open, re-seal, and return our boxes. Orders that are refunded prior to shipment and are valued over $100 will be charged with a 25% Re-Stocking Fee. We thank you for your understanding!

 

Q: Is this a subscription? Can I cancel any time or just buy one box?

A: Yes and yes! This is a subscription box but you can cancel at any time, and we also offer the option to purchase the box 1 time! (Hint: The subscription is cheaper!)

 

NOTICE: PokePower Boxes is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit with shipping carriers. This is their responsibility. If USPS, UPS, or FedEx has lost your package, please file a claim with them as they are the ones responsible for their actions. They need to be held accountable for any refunds. Thank you!
